I've been using the Holo Vision door intercom plates to trim out the Panasonic door phones on occasion. I see that Channel Vision also makes ssemingly identical hardware . Has anyone used both? And if so, what are the advantages of one over the other?

Holovision's prices are ridiculous for a plate.
I'm always right. The only time I was wrong was the time that I thought, that I was wrong.

The larger Channel Vision plates are just a little cheaper (probably $10-15 @ dealer cost) than the Holos. So who makes these? Holo or CV? Or is someone making these for both companies?

Holo seems to have a better selection of finishes?

The Holo's also have a rough in box for the bigger plates - and I have used them before.

Perhaps Fred Harding can comment on this?

Depends on how/where your buying them from..... Holovision is the Manufacturer. Channel Vision buys a few colors from them. I dont think Holovision has any DIrect Dealers. Only available from Distribution channels, so depending on your distribution channel/Direct manufacturer relationships, you will pay more or less based on that.

If your Direct with Channel Vision, thats going to be your best pricing. If your buying through Distribution, its anyones guess.
