I have used their software for at least over 10 years at least. Last minute notice on the renewal I paid the $800 lifetime renewal. I don't have time to learn a new platform for now. But with talking to Chris he said his dad "Rich" passed away and that is why they are closing. He did say the company who developed the software for them will take it over, but you have to buy 5HRs @ $125/HR for support.
