I'm messing around with a Pico Audio remote (Caseta) and I can't get it to see/access favorites through Spotify. I am using Spotify through Sonos (vs. Spotify Connect), have the built playlists in My Sonos but the center button won't see them. It cycles through Sonos Radio favorites but not anything I add via Spotify.
Is this a thing? I haven't had a chance to call tech support and they may be closed today but I wanted to see if this was a common issue that I'm not aware of.
