HDMI extender over category cable with eARC support? Yes...AVPro Edge for one make this product

I assume by the thread title "Re: HDMI via ethernet with eARC support?" that you mean HDMI over IP (not HDBaseT) with eARC.
If that is that is the case... I do not think so, however if you mean over HDBaseT, then Jacks answer Weill work.

Just using ethernet, not via the network. The HDMI cable end was cut off and the installer(s) didn't use conduit, so there's no easy way to replace it.

You mean you have a CAT5e/6/7 cable at the TV location, and you would like to use that to send HDMI to the TV as well as use eARC back to another device? It sounds like that's what you mean.
