I have read that after HEOS is updated, the AVR can't connect to the local network and if it can, it might drop off. Has anyone else heard about this and f so, does Denon have bulletins about it, or are the days of manufacturers distributing important info to their dealers (AKA 'giving a rat's butt about their dealers') a thing of the past?

Havent had that one yet.

HEOS updates will wipe out all my ELAN settings and source filters. So TV wont turn on and wont go to correct input and every source shows up in every zone. So if you have 5 rooms with Dish and Roku you will see all of them in each zone.

Was just bitching at the rep yesterday, Im sure he will get right on it.

Maybe they could send a tech bulletin to their dealers too. :)
