Long time listener, first time caller here.....

We just started putting in some of the D'ILA Displays from JVC but this is the first one we have setup with an Intellicontrol and I need the discrete codes for on and off. I have searched the site here and found nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The standard JVC discretes work fine.

What standard JVC discretes? It has been a while since I have looked for this, but I did not know they exist. Do you have a URL or a ccf you could send me?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I uploaded these codes in .MXD format a few weeks back. They still aren't posted. If you want them, I'll email the file to you.

If your using a MX700/800 the standard JVC discretes are in the database.

Did you try them? When I did my first one about 5 months ago - they weren't there. Then they were and the off didn't work.

Don't know or care if they work now as I know my file does.

Yeah, I got mail. You said
"Look under JVC TV Codes I believe I used the ON2 and OFF2 for the HD-ILA sets."

Do you have the actual file name?

I assume you meant to look under JVC in the Pronto OG (old generation) forum. In that section, there are forty files to download, unzip and look at. The only one that mentioned the word "discrete" did not have any commands with "2" attached.

Any further clues?

Ernie: The e-mail that I sent you had attached a ccf file with a collection of discrete codes by brand names and devices types. Did you received it? They are under Macro groups, JVC, TV.

Well, a big DUH from me. I always wondered what that word "Download" with the down arrow at the bottom of the email was all about....
