Apologies if this is off topic for remote central.

I am not happy with the central station monitoring company I am using for my clients. I would prefer a "local" pacific northwest company if possible but I am open to others. I would appreciate any recommendations.

Ease of data entry, adherance to protocols and professionalism are my big three. I am barely getting one or two currently and they are starting to piss off my clients and irritate me and my crew.

Thanks in advance.

I use Rapid Response at the moment.

They are definitely a little more expensive than some, but I like them due to the time savings I get.

They always answer their phones and have good support.

Also, I'm an Alarm.com dealer, and Rapid integrates nicely, in that the zones in Alarm.com are automatically updated to Rapid. If you go and add a zone to the customers Alarm.com account it automatically updates to Rapid. Also you can pause notifications and put the system on test right from the Alarm.com Mobiletech app - not a huge deal but it all adds up to a little less brain damage.

How long have you been using RR? I'm a So Cal installer that uses ADC and looking at switching monitoring stations. It's going to be a task to change older land line based systems though. The ADC can be done via ADC dealer portal.
Any insight on RR would be greatly appreciated.
Send me a private message if you want to get a bit deeper on it. THANKS!!
