Hi guys , I am not sure if I can hook up Xantech IR repeater block 789-44 emittor out to Denon AVR 3805 room to room in input. Do I have to use their IR receiver or I can hook up Xantech? I did hook up Xantech for short time and it worked good , but I do not want to damage either Xantech or Denon rec.Thank you for help Rob.

Hi Rob, If you simply use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm lead, from the emmiter out of the connecting block, as it sounds like you have already done, that's pretty much how the system was designed to work. Also, good choice on the 3805 (I'm biased because I own the same, though!) Iain
