Hey Matt, Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey, I’m having trouble with HDMI. Have you ever seen that?
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Matt, it sounds like you're enjoying life to the fullest.

Now fully retired, I may not get a Ferrari (it's a wife thing), I am enjoying a great life away from the Denon, and others, problematic lifestyle. I no longer need to worry if it works today, or any amount of time later.

Life IS good!

Hi Matt. I didn’t see this Thursday. Hope you and yours had a pleasant thanksgiving. If you ever come up to the NorCal redwoods, pm me. Mi casa, su casa. And I promise no maranta or Denon questions.

Oddly enough, yes, I have. Not too long ago I was trouble shooting a Matrix/HD Base T setup where I was having dropout. No AVR’s in the configuration. It ended up being and EDID programming issue. Problem solved, I hope.

Other than that, I haven’t had to think about HDMI issues for quite some time.

Hope you are doing well.

Glad to hear that you’ve made it to retirement. I tried it for about 2 months and then went back to work. I’ve definitely kept busy over the years and don’t plan on slowing down just quite yet.

Again, congrats on getting to the finish line. I hope you fill your days with much or as little as you choose.

Matt

John,

Thanks for the invite. Should I make it that way, I’ll send you a PM. FWIW, if you had a question, I’d still try to answer it if I could.

Thanks for chiming in. Hope you and yours are well.

Matt

Good to hear you are still doing well!!

Curious to see what kind of work you chose to do.

Happy to share a 30k’ glimpse, being a public forum. 😉 Real Estate. I wish I could share more publicly. But an open forum isn’t the place. Maybe if a trade show ever becomes something of a reality that we can all enjoy ever again, I’ll grab a beer with everyone and chat further.

I hope you’ll understand.

Hey Matt,

I didn't even know what the SF90 was so checked it out online.  Looks like tons of fun!

I'm in Phoenix once or twice each year and have wondered if you were still in the area... always focused on family when in town so never reached out.

Happy Holidays,
Paul

SF90 would be in fleet as well. I’ve had the pleasure of riding in two of them. Absolutely stunning vehicle in every aspect, design, engineering, performance!! Be on the lookout for a PM.
I love supporting product that supports me!

Paul,

If you’re out here, send me a PM and let me know ahead of time so I can put a placeholder into my schedule.

Matt
