Looking around for a floor mounted enclosure that will hold data connector, phone connector and power outlet all in one box. Something similar to the Extron desk mount items (HSA 200s).

All I can seem to come up with is some items by FSR, or Hubbel that just don't "fit" a residential application.

This needs to go into a hardwood floor, under a desk area.

I know I can use a separate enclosures for each, but thought it would be a nice touch to use a single enclosure that is partitioned between the high and low voltages devices.

Any ideas, any sources?

I use "ace backstage". More for our professional installs in churches and places like that. but I think that they could make whatever you want.

Leviton makes a brass floor plate similar to the electrical ones, it has space for two inserts

Thanks.

Gave Ace a call and got some good info. Going to look into the Carlon stuff too, as it seems to be a better fit for the res market.

Trunk Slammer-Supreme -

I hope
I am not to late with this - Wiremold makes a product called Walker Imfloor Systems that is a great product. Solid metal boxes - seperators - lots of room - brass and plastic flanges - and a little pricey. But it is qualitity stuff.

Part Numbers
Boxes 880W1/880W2/880W3 (1,2,3 gang boxes)
Flanges - 8*7PCC (polycarbonate)/8*7B (Brass combination plate), 8*7TCAL (aluminum)
The finish plates are 828xxxx are for 120v power recepticles and 829xxxx are low voltage - available in polycarbonate, brass, and aluminum

The part # are listed for Tile and carpet - hopefully you can make them work.

Good luck,
