Is anyone else seeing a surge in JAP parts failures? We don’t have many systems in the field but 99% of them that are out there have at least one part failing.
I’m sure this is more indicative of the installer than the manufacturer.

Most common issue is audio pass through. We are seeing this on Apple TV’s mostly but it includes any random source.

i've had poe boards fail, but i chalk that up to us installing them on boats.
