Anyone getting lots of notifications from OVRC equipment, specifically Snap APs, switches and routers?

We have a ton of Wattbox IP3 and IP5 pieces in the field from over the last 6 years and it seems like our notifications with those are accurate.

However, when we started using the OVRC 5/8 port switches they were frequently wrong, so much so that we stopped responding to notifications showing they were down.

We've been doing some Araknis networks lately and we've been seeing a lot of notifications showing their pieces reconnecting when they never showed that they were down, frequently dropping although we aren't seeing outages from cable, etc.

Before we dig deeper, we want to see if other companies using Araknis are seeing the same issues. We've got all of their switches and APs on static IPs to ensure that we weren't getting DHCP reassignment drops.

Thanks in advance

Yes and have learned to literally ignore, to the point of shutting off notifications, anything I get from OVRC.
