Who has an alternative to using zip ties to bundle cables on your racks?? We've tried velcro strips but they don't work as well for big bundles... Zip ties are a pain when you go to add a component to the rack. Is there a zip tie like product that we can easily take apart and put back together like a velcro strap?

You bet! Just ask your supplier for reusable zip ties. They are all over the place, here is a link: [Link: buycableties.com] They work just like regular zip ties but include a little release tab to release it and then you can add/subtract the cables as needed and then just zip it up again. Hope this helps!

The only other option that I know of is the cable clamp, which can be an added expense over time. (http://www.cableclamp.com/) I personally use the reuasable cable ties and haven't had a problem. I'm sure that over time they would become worn, but it is still better than cutting and replacing the old zip ties. Hope this helps!!

Maybe you havent been using the right "velcro". I use hook and loop strips cut to fit any size bundle.

Brilliant minds must think alike. I have used Panduit's velcro ties without any problem on some very large bundles.

Aside from WHAT THE HELL DO THOSE WORDS MEAN, the headline here is
