I fell like an idiot. Not a denon guy but I can’t find some inputs and discretes that actually work for RTI ID. T2i, rp4. Simple IR. I can’t control this device? I was going thru mega 23 and can’t find anything. Even tried standalone. Anyone have a clean set to share? I even tried codes on denon support page but can’t get them into rti library? I’ve tried rti forums with no luck Thanks in advance. Cross posted in RTI

Cross posted in RTI The code set can be imported in hex, then converted. Search here on RC and you should find the complete set.

[Link: assets.denon.com]Here is the 3700 specific list, but you'll have to convert into hex. [Link: denon.com] I doubt there's any difference between these files and the master list I have passed around, which they sent to me in 2014. I fail to see why any 'major' remote manufacturer doesn't have a complete code database.

Often, I’ve had to screw around with naming conventions like HDP for Media Player input etc. I recall seeing a list of ‘this equals that’ but didn’t save it… Unless you’re needing all of the inputs you should be able to get them up and running. Even try VCR input as it may send the 3700 to AUX or Game.

Denon ain’t changed much in 20 years…. you have something else wrong there.

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions. |

I've never understood how Pro Control can have a better database than RTI, lol, but I like it.
I guess what I'm trying to say is dump the denon codes into a PC remote and learn them to the RTI side. Or, if you find a way to get the PC codeset into ID, let us all know!

Would love to find hex codes then convert but couldn’t even find those Set up a separate, new remote profile and start with only the receiver. Test the commands. This was posted on RC, in this thread, on Saturday- it's the Denon master list, in hex. Did you try this? Their codes don't change. [Link: assets.denon.com]
