Hello
Does anyone know where I can find technical data showing a RG6 dual Shield cable can support 4K signals from a camera? Its an SDI connection on the camera

Depends on the cameras and DVR protocols. What are you using?

Important for this application is the center conductor. Is it Copper Clad Steel (CCS) or is it solid copper?
Dual shield has a further clarification needed. What % of braid is used on the dual shield?
Dielectric - What is the rated frequency of the coax?
Last is distance. How far has the signal got to go?

If you are using a solid copper center, 60%+ braid w/foil, swept test to 2GHz, and going less than 100 meters (330ft.). Then you should be fine.

[edit]: The ends! Make sure you are using quality compression fitted BNC connectors. If you are using F to BNC adapters, you might have problems. If you are using twist-on BNC connectors, you need to be shot!

It is the Sony BRC-X1000 cameras and as I understand the RG6 cable supports the SDI connection however, We need 2 RG6 cables for 4K.
