It’s been announced but no pics yet.

Release date?

You sure know how to creep a guy out.

Was at a house today with four T2c.  Two would charge a bit then quit.  Worked for a minute then quit.  All those bad memories came back...

How old? Sounds like bad batteries or chargers- did you take the remotes that stop charging to a different charger?

12-15 years… is that old enough?

I guess it is, but how would anyone know if they didn't waste the time to find out when that model was introduced?

Are they replaceable, or do you need to destroy it to remove the old ones?

Many of us here were dealers, and if you didn’t know already, they generally had about a 70% failure rate. It is a miracle this guy has three of them still kind of working. The batteries are replaceable, but old things don’t always work like new things.

15 years of daily use… how many cell phones have you had since 2005?

Awesome, it was not there two days ago! Thanks for that.

2” LCD would be same size as the 890.  Still (4) AA battery powered.

That looks pretty decent. Another revision of the same basic URC design, which does admittedly work pretty good. Looks-wise, kind of a squared version of the TRC-820. I think the proof will be in the tactile feel and (for me) the ability to use without looking.

Not at all. CCP still does HUGE numbers and it would be silly to slaughter a cash cow.

Have you seen what's going on with latest upgrade to the CCP software? Without warning if you upgrade your ccp software you now need a Dealer Portal login to continue, if you don't have a proper login it closes on you!! For about 15 years URC allowed installer's to give the ccp software at their discretion. Now all those remotes are worthless. So are you going to give up your login to past customers? They earn the right to have the software, now you take it away? What's URC thinking on this?

Maybe all the nasty people that have been calling dealers thieves and criminals for years on here will now realize who the real thieves are...
