Anyone use a Sonos Amp with the Sonance Garden system before? How did it sound?

I have. It sounds decent, but the Garden series is fairly power hungry. Now if I get a job to install one, I start out quoting a Port and JBL CDI1000.

I have, also recommend a Port and an amp; however, I think the Crown XLS amps (.775 input capable) are a good option (and less expensive than the CDI). Parallel the speakers on channel 1, use DSP crossovers, sub on channel 2.

Less expensive, but has far less features. The CDi also does .775V input, but can be set for 70V or low impedance for each channel and has all of the DSP for using hybrid systems as mono with lots of EQ, pink noise generator for each channel, front panel lockout, software-based setup, etc.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
