I have a client that placed an AT&T order for a install in July. Still trying to get it completed. There's something seriously wrong going on with AT&T.

I dropped AT&T and went to Comcast because of the extreme lack of customer service from AT&T. I haven't regretted it for a single second, also had 100x better service with zero outages.

Seems the guy was a lot like many of the people on this site: Belief in "Lizard People", "One World Order" nonsense, QANON supporter etc. Was he a relative (or friend) of Archibald "Harry" Tuttle?
