I have a customer that emailed me the other day saying that they have added Prime Video to their Roku Ultra player and are having Sync issues between Audio and Video.

The Roku player is connected to a Crestron DM 8x8 and the sync issue is happening on all TV's and is only happening when using Prime Video, all other services are fine. I have not been to site nor can I get to site as it's 1/2 way across the country.

I remember reading issues with this elsewhere (or maybe here) but don't remember seeing resolutions for it.
You can't fix stupid

Have them reboot the Roku or go back to the home screen. I have had audio drop out with Netflix and maybe synch issues, but it has been a long time and I don't remember if it was when I was using a Streaming Stick or the Premiere in my system. I haven't had issues with the Stick since I moved it to my bedroom, other than it's crappy response to the remote commands but I had no audio at all when I started streaming on one of the two- I think it was Netflix. I restarted the movie and that corrected it.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

Roku 4 was known for sync issues on Prime, but Ultra - not yet.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
