Anyone here sell Somfy and would sell me a replacement motor?
I have a bad motor on one of the Crestron projects I maintain and would prefer to purchase through another integrator as I am not a Somfy dealer myself.
Part# Sonesse 50 RS485 506S2
I am trying to replace an older motor that is relay controlled via an RJ9 four pin connector. I was told by Somfy tech support that the model above was a compatible fit and function for the existing motor (older ILT 506S2). I can send pictures if needed.
