Showtime Anytime needs monthly reactivation on Roku Ultra; is this normal? Happens both on the old Roku 4 and the new one. Client doesn't understand this has nothing to do with me.

I think all the cable movie apps are like that. I had showtime, stars and hbo and they all used to log me out. Hbo Max doesn’t do that anymore from what I’ve seen.
