Does anyone know where I can get the exact mounting dimensions for a 50" and a 55" Frame TV?
Customer wants the bottom of the TV at a specific height. I cannot drill into the finished product, a very expensive porcelain wall panel.
I've searched and searched to no avail...
I need to know where to leave an opening in the wall product...

 That’s for the 2018 models. I think the frame has the same dimensions. The frame has that one connect box as well

Have them buy the TV now, you set the mount and test fit the TV for their sign-off, and install a back box to house the oneconnect before the tile ever gets ordered.

The original poster can get the info he needs from the Samsung dealer site that was linked, but I think the issue the porcelain panel needs to be manufactured with all the correct cutouts and penetrations.
If it's similar to the porcelain panels on jobs I've been involved with, they are manufactured in France and you have to provide all the dimensions so any holes or cut-outs in the finish product can be created during the manufacturing process.

One may be able to find a local kitchen counter company that could cut the porcelain if necessary.

I did get a link to the Samsung custom install sight from a fellow installer. I had to create an account, then you get access to the current drawings and specs.
The panels are local, but have to be cut at their shop prior to installation.

On any of those drawings, always pay attention to the "not responsible for errors" clause. This is why many of us insist on having the equipment in front of us when measurements are critical. You can also be victimized by a model change in mid project.
