Any one have observed incompatibilities between the older Control Works module and the newer Duet players?

I get feedback but the browse menu lists do not seem consitantly responsive.

Have you tried the Crestron yahoo group? There's also a great group on Discord as well but that one is only for advanced level programmers.

I have requested to join the Yahoo group several times and never received a response or was allowed to join. Not sure why. I am not a CAIP but I do my fair share of Simpl programming, module development, system takeovers and I support LOTS of systems.

Indeed. My bad. Groups.io is where it's at now. So used to the Yahoo group for all these years!

Yes, the old "Yahoo Group" is very much alive and well on Groups.io - [Link: groups.io]. There are also a few Crestron groups on Facebook and some very active Discord channels.

However, ControlWorks has excellent support, so I'd reach out to them first. Their guys are also active on most of the above-mentioned groups.

BTW... regarding the OP...

I got this working again.

There was an issue with the predeveloped Crestron module implementation which uses crosspoint connect for its zone command and feedback routing for the Fusion player. The timing of the crosspoint connection signals were interfering with some of my own elsewhere in the program after an update. I simply eliminated the crosspoint connect methodology and changed the routing to simple buffer enables. This caught me by suprise and I wonder if the behavior of the crosspoint has changed somewhat in recent software or firmware updates or if I just had altered timing somewhat in some of my own module updates.
