It has very limited functionality. In its basic programming it only recognizes services, scenes and favorite channels. You can say "Apple TV" or "CBS" or "Livingroom lights on" and they all will work well. You cannot say "Show me a Marvel movie", it will not do anything. They now also integrate with Apple TVs so once you have an Apple TV on, in the room the remote is associated with, the voice button will then activate Siri on that Apple TV. It works well in that regard but the connection is not 100% stable, for some it is close to 100% and for others it is significantly less. There are easy quick ways that the connection can be remade, if the programmer enables the connection reboot.
I install them often and for some of my customers I show them how the voice button works and some I tell them not to use it. You have to know your customers.
