I have an older customer with a S12 system, SS1, 10" VIA, This is one of those customers that is always adding to or making changes. At one point my VIA program got corrupted and when downloaded caused the system to stop work correct. I down loaded a new copy of VIA a Ver 10 and I've been having problems getting the SS! to control a Lutron Radio RA with serial. I seem to remember that one of the VIA techs Elan had (When they had them) said that one of the Versions of the VIA software had problems. I see version 8 has a Lutron Radio Ra 3 way driver, Ver 10 has only a 1 way version. Does anyone remember which Version worked best. I have to rebuild the program from scratch and don't want to build in on a bad plateform.
