I saw this earlier and thought we might have some ideas. Asking for a friend.

C'mon, you know. This is obviously a garage, so a full set of countertop workspace spanning the wall with storage drawers beneath, topped off by a 65" TV nestled among shelves that also go the entire width of the wall... that's your solution.
Plus run the wire inside the wall; bring it out behind one of the lower drawers where an outlet has been added.
Eezy-peezy.

Eezy-peezy. Dont assume its a garage. I have a bike leaning against the wall in my office at home.

Wiremold would be quick and easy, but not invisible.
Does the screen need to be quickly removable?
Another scheme might be replacing the outlet with a combo outlet/USB power port, then bury the wire. This is easy if the outlet and screen are in the same stud space.

OR, if the stud is to the right side of the electrical box...... cut the electrical box out fish up to the phone. the phone may need to move slightly right to be in same cavity as electrical. screw electrical box back up to the stud, replate and done.

Did anyone see 'Asking for a friend'? That usually means it wasn't supposed to be a serious situation or question.

I'm curious why why the friend is attempting to install such a large screen in that tiny room. Is the wall strong enough to support the screen?

A proper mount for the device would include a frame to hide the side port connector.
The outlet could be replaced with a small recessed LV enclosure with an outlet, and cover.
Easy to drill the stud from the recessed LV enclosure cut-out, and from a hole behind the frame mount.
It would be code compliant if the power cable was extended with in-wall rated cable.
