In the reference series alone, they have 5 models that are native 4K. Starting @ $2500 retail, going up to $18K retail.

The $18K model is native 4K, and E-shift 8K now.

Their two single chip DLP models are available in both black and white, so really 7 models, and the LX-NZ3W/B is 3K lumen and laser light source.

The three DILA models (RS1000, RS2000, RS3000) do have matching regular retail models (X3, X5, X7), with the same features, same warranty, and same retails. The only difference is the accent color, and where you can buy them.

JVC has been doing a good job of protecting the dealer, as far as pricing goes. Sometimes you will find them on the scam websites we all know about, and sometime on fleabay. They get those shut down pretty quickly, if you bring it to their attention, and anything purchased form non-authorized websites are not covered by JVC's warranty.

JVC has some real 4k projectors and some shift. Epson only has shift so far (as far as I know) for home use but they do have a large venue native 4k projectors (so I am hoping that means real 4k soon for home use) [Link: news.epson.com]

All of the current JVC projectors are native 4K. Their top of the line units, DLARS3000/DLAX9, do 8K e-shift.

The other models on their websites that are 4K e-shift, are discontinued, although there might be stock available still.
