Hello fellow pros and experts.

I've spent hundereds of hours building up custom graphics and component pcfs for use on client projects using tsu7k. With the latest firmware upgrade, the tsu 7000 has turned into a superstar. It reminds me of how great the tsu 2000 was. Has anyone else noticed how fast the download times are now?

Here's my dilemma. We recently became a Marantz dealer, and I'm being asked to switch over to the rc9500 so we can support Marantz numbers, slightly better margin, and have 3yr warranty.

My concerns:

1. In the NG forum, there don't appear to be many using the marantz RCs, unlike back in the days of the 5000/tsu2000.

2. Fewer Hard Buttons (same as rc9200?)

3. Is the screen the same as tsu 7000?

4. Will all of my painstakingly created component PCFs (about 100 at this moment) seamlessly integrate into the marantz RC software?

5. Software support. With such a low volume product, what is the outlook on firmware/software upgrades?
