I have had 3 replay units go down this week. The first one the display says please wait. The second says please wait a few moments and the last one is very slow and locks up.I was told I needed to upgrade the software.Any ideas how to do that? The first 2 are panasonic PV HS 1000 the third one is a PV HS 2000 Thanks Zinon
