Got an old analog system we converted to IP (DW Spectrum). The office has 6 monitors connected through a BNC splitter with the same layout on all.
Need to upgrade monitor distribution to HD and thinking about this...
2 DW Spot Monitor Units (IP Decoder/viewers) with HDMI out >> HDMI Splitters and HDMI Coax Baluns.
Is there an easier method without running new Cat to each monitor (which might be “fun”

Well, guessing that may not be an option as OP labeled displays as monitors- likely no tuner if that’s the case. Wonder though, was this a composite vid situation to begin with?
