Hey guys,

Thought I'd share this because it hit me like a ton of lead.  I was monkeying around the house and was just about to pull the plug on the network when I realized....

I can't just disconnect the network. My kids are in class in the other room.


I immediately thought about you guys and how it might make your days a bit longer, so make sure you plan for that type of thing when doing a quote.

Somebody else mentioned using HotSpots yesterday.  To which I responded,

"You're under the assumption that the same people who can't remember their WIFI password, or turn their TV on without your assistance understand how to use a HotSpot."

I think Osiris was making a joke, for some of you guys who don't get laid very often, it may have went over your head. :)

Really? I have the opposite problem sometimes. Customers turn their hotspots on and leave it on 24/7. And it never fails, it is on odd channels where it shouldn't be broadcasting. Causing havoc with installed equipment because the hotspots are active all over the house & being used. Channel 2, 7, 9 ....

Me: "Turn your damn hotspots off and the WiFi will work better"
Them: "Well we turned them on because the Wifi you installed, isn't working"
Me: "BS! You have Apple phones. That is the problem"
