I have a customer who says his t-stat reads a couple degrees low. He'd like to have it bumped up by 2 degrees. When I remote in, I can see the calibration adjustment in the advance settings for the device...and it sure looks like I can just bump it up and set it, but I inquired with the tech chat fella and he said no, it must be done change from on-site.

The customer is an hour and it looks like I could fix this in 2 seconds...anyone have experience with that?

IIRC,
The original C4 stats could be adjusted in composer
The new apirlaire based stats are adjusted by the front panel.

Yes, offset needs changed in the onboard installer menu. Could likely walk him through it over the phone.

I went on site and adjusted them in composer without ever physically touching the t-stat. I assume it would have worked the same even from off site...although I didn't actually DO that.

Thanks for the info!
