Ernie, you said you had the original program file. You were told what to do by others in the thread. Rumor is/was, you're a pro. Why is this so difficult? I haven't actively sold RTI or opened a an ID file in years yet I found what you needed in a couple minutes. Maybe "Chris" can show you upload and download again as well as introducing you to their current, residential lineup.
