how about moving the decora device to the end, I'm sure they make a 3 toggle 1 decora cover

As long as the Decora is at either end you have options in plastic. I haven’t seen anything with Decora in the middle, though. You could always go for the Decora toggle inserts but that may not look good. [Link: leviton.com]

Virtually positive that you will not find that oddball pattern in any sort of plastic wall plate. I thought maybe Mulberry may possibly have something in their plastic line but it doesn't appear so. We've used them to make non-standard custom wall plates over the years but they've always been painted metal even though our customer was dead set on plastic or thermo-plastic or even nylon.
