I'm usually pretty good at writing simple code strings but I'm have difficulties with this ASCII script being sent vis RS-232. I know the hardware and pinout is correct, so I'm thinking it might be something simple like a missing colon or semi-colon in the script. Here's what I'm sending: IfThis: stop_doing_C19_testing ThenThis: less_infections If I can get this to function properly then there are virtually limitless wonderful things one could accomplish right here in the States: IfThis: stop_doing_pregnancy_tests ThenThis: fewer_babies_born This would be great for over-population of the planet. Or this one for the obesity epidemic we are undergoing: IfThis: stop_getting_on_the_bathroom_scale ThenThis:no_weight_gain
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
