All we deal w is Comcast and x1.
X1 comes IR out of box. U have to pair it for RF. ALSO THE IR WINDOWS/sensors are different on every box. Some in middle, unseen, some on left unseen, and on main box (dvr) they are on the bottom bottom of the front panel in center. Little tiny plastic window.
