Looking for Origin dealers that have used the CSUB10R, retofit/ cut in sub.
We are having issues with a decent fit for the finish grill. It never seems to fit tight to the drywall and clean look. They seem to always "bulge out" in the middle and have an air gap. We've even had the contractor monitor the wall with a straight edge so we know it's square/ plumb.
Had Origin send us a new grill, still same gap (or worse) in the middle. So, reaching out to see if other dealers are having same issue. Feeling like it's a design thing and Origin needs to step up and help resolve issue, redesign, etc. It's not exactly an "entry level" sub.....

I definitely had trouble on the one install I had where I used this sub. The grill would never push all the way in cleanly.
