Just got back from CEDIA and saw some great stuff!! I can see the writing on the wall on switching to MOIP ? for bar/restaurant systems we do.

Got some great sales pitches from Bluestream (purchased under RTI and seemed very durable), SnapOne MOIP, JAP and MUXLAB. We already use OVRC and araknis series switches for these sites and it seems the MOIP from Snap has come a long way and their product would be the best fit. Would most folks here agree?

I'll probably make another thread about the Amazon Thurday night NFL move and hush hush talk about blowing up Sunday Ticket by moving it to (un-named streaming service) and how us folks will deal with licensed/legal ways of showing it in a commercial setting.

No, I absolutely wouldn't agree.
But if you are not seeing any problems using the Araknis stuff, not having any weird issues, or failures; then by all means, do what is working best for you.

It is beyond my understanding of this world, how one group of people can experience a completely different outcome, using the exact same products as another group.
Tom loves his Samsung, I have never had anything except nightmares with Samsung crap over the years.
Some have had issues with LG, I've had nothing but great luck with LG.
And anything rebranded by Snap with a power cord attached, has been nothing but Trouble (that was with a capitol T) for me.
