Is there a good workaround for Luma cameras on a Mac? Is the Luma VMS for mac still a turd?

I have a customer that uses a Mac to view his cameras. An iOS update broke the functionality (32bit vs 64bit or something....). He has not been able to view his Hikvision OEM camera system on his Mac since. I tried every Hik compatible software for Mac I could find, including IVMSS and could not get it to work.

Have you tried IVMSS on a Mac in the last 6 months? Are you saying it is working again?

I just set it up via Team Viewer for a client 2 weeks ago and it was working.

Brad, I just removed my nvr from iVMS-4200 on my Mac and readded it. It loaded and views fine. I have a Luma 510 NVR with 1 Luma PTZ cam and 6 Hik cams. All display fine

I'll have to revisit this with the customer again then. He is renovating another house that he is moving into. I plan on putting another Hik OEM NVR in again and will see if I can get something on his Mac to access it.
He & the wife loved the app but they also check past footage often. And that is PITA using a phone.

I find it pretty easy on the phone, but have had some folks that have a difficult time with it.
