My take on this is that one man shops have a valid UI claim (assuming that they stopped going on site due to the virus.)

You may be on to something there.

I think what's frustrating a lot of guys is, they're willing to go on-site, but (understandably) the customers aren't willing to let them on-site.

I don't know if a sole proprietor can, but an S corp most definitely can draw UI.
