Hi,

We are using URC Total Control 2.0 with a URC Remote TRC-1080 and MRX-15 in our Home Theater and were trying to enable Volume Pop-up. The Receiver we are using is capable of sending the message. However we don't know how to configure in the accelerator.

Hope someone here can help.

It's done in software, are you a dealer with access to the software?

Should just automatically work. Is the receiver being controlled IP?

If I'm reading this post correctly, you're asking for volume pop up to show on your TV. I'm 99% sure this is a option that is in your receiver and nothing to do with the Total Control system. No video comes from the MRX15.
Am I wrong?

Who is "we"? Your wife? Your dealer? Your dealer/installer surely knows how to do this.

Prolly called his installer and left a voicemail expressing extreme urgency then installer stopped what he was doing, called back twice, left two VMs and two emails, and hasn’t heard from customer since.

Hi Golden,

Yeah I have the software, I have already configured in the software but still get no output on the remote. I am using RS232. I am not using IP.

Yes I had to post in three sections, because I wasn't sure if someone would have the knowledge. I am currently not it terms with my existing dealer. So that the reason I am hunting here.

I have had it with me since I bought the hardware. I.e. around 4-5 years from now.

Ok, but the hardware doesn't come with it, so curious where you were able to get it from
