Had a bad unit on Friday. Called in for an advanced replacement. Normal shipping is 3 days to Fort Lauderdale, Fl. I asked about next day and was quoted approx $40. I told them it was not that important. URC then called me back to let me know that my 3 day will not be guaranteed do to the current situation..

I get home from work today (internet down at clients) and at my front door is the replacement unit.
