I have been the biggest Zektor fanboy since I called Jeff and said "build me an audio switch" and he and Zonn did. A great one!

There are three people here that have given the best customer service I have experienced in any industry, you Brent and Fred, hands down.

That being said, if you left, the product and the service is sadly going to suffer that much is obvious.

Everything the three of you have provided and guided me on is still out there humming away 4 years later.

I am confident you will find something fast as the word gets around the industry. You should be on everyone's short list.
