This year’s Super Bowl is the first ever 4K HDR broadcast as well. And this video shows how’s it’s done.

That had some decent info. The headlines-- The show is produced in 1080 HDR, it is NOT 4k (it is up-scaled to 4k for some streaming services).

If you watched this on Fox at home, you saw it in 720p SDR.

As explained in the video, actually creating true 4k is very difficult and very rare. Not even the Superbowl is 4k.
