There are less-expensive options, but these are probably the most flexible, in a small, wall-mount configuration:

Click on Products, pull down the menu, select keypads, click on Audioaccess, click on Search, think to yourself: "This is a tediously goofy interface; how about just showing me ALL KEYPADS in ALL product offerings, IF EXIST!"

Then find that Audioaccess is seemingly anchored in their past with touchscreens that don't appear to feedback any information, but just look like touchscreen versions of older Audioaccess keypads.

So, Sheik, how do you really feel about it?

Audioaccess?
I'm just dissin' my own gear as I see it disappearing in the rear-view mirror. (Hey, that rhymes!)

Or did you mean www.customcentral.com's website?
IF SO: Yeah! I didn't like it. It made you do a lot for a little. Could have been easier, but then I couldn't have programmed it so hat's off to the Webmaster for doing better than I'd have done.

I think Remote Central is a feature filled site that rocks - I hope Daniel does consulting because he's good at it. This site is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Well, it's a thread site...ROFL. How much easier can you get.

But the thing with AudioAccess is, IT WORKS! But AudioControl Director system works better....but no fancy display, just quality audio and control. I find that much more important than a fancy display.

For an AudioAccess system I would say it's about 2500 bucks for the controller and probably 250 per keypad. Then you need an amp.

It's a quality unit, but, if your looking for that kind of control, and don't mind about the fancy keypads...take a look at this. It's much more programmable and better audio quality. (The Director is the control unit)

Well, that's easy to answer: I use several I.T. and off-road thread sites and not ONE of them is as nicely laid out as this site. They're kind of like going to a "clubhouse" with no furniture, and many of them are "cheap & dirty" lists. There are a lot of features provided here that simply don't need to exist in order for the "thread" aspect to function. No matter how interested you were in the topic at hand, you'd be less likely to frequent this site if it weren't so well "garnished". Reviews, refined search features, archives, FAQ's, and direct replies? It's all good. If I want to revisit a topic on one of the "lists", I have to weed it out and repost with a comment/query. Whether Daniel does this himself or has it done, it's a service that is obviously enjoyed by us "squatters".

ROFL

Wanna' laff some more? Sometimes less is more; here's a site I adore, for it's spartan decor: UPS!
Are there little brown vans "trailing" wherever your cursor flies? Floating java whizbangs? Fruity java popups? NO! Nothing to eat up YOUR system resources, make pages load slower, just to make the webmaster look savvy. Like those poop-brown vans, the site just trucks along and gets the job done.

Off-road? Did somebody say, Off-Road? Yes...that IS the only part of that post that stood out in my mind. Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes...and I have to say, the mud we produce here cannot be beat. Sheik...you should share more about your off-roading. Unless you do it in a Dodge...then keep quiet.

Unimog sez: You've got to ask yourself one question, "Do I feel lucky?" Well do ya, Dodge ?

It will easily outrun a 'mog, and out distance a Dodge 4-by.
