Not sure why Hik-Connect doesn't work on a remote web browser. Works fine viewing anywhere on my iPhone. When I log in to hik-connect.com with credentials, I do get a page listing 2 DVRs and house IP address and status showing "Online" in green letters. When I click on the IP/Port No. link, a second web browser opens and says "Can't reach this page"
Tried with Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Is there an option in the DVR settings I forgot to turn on?
