I have a customer that is asking for control of his Abus system from an RF device (MX series URC prob.) The dilema is he wants individual control of each zone. I can't think of a way to control each zone independently with a "one remote" solution. Can anyone else?

Give him the price of ripping out the drywall to add another IR wire from each A-bus keypad back to the head end. Maybe he will abandon the idea of controlling a zone volume from another area of the house. Hold your head up high and say "no". It is really a bad idea to control volume from an area you are NOT standing in. Let me adjust that statement; Do not try this without preset level capability.

That's what I think I will do. Now If I can just find an RF remote that controls ALC lighting BTW: Love your Floyd signature.
