Upgraded my firmware.... mistake
After the firmware update the 310 will not route internet to the lan unless the default gateway / IP of the router is 192.168.2.1

IF nothing is broken, don't update. I have systems running on 5+ year old firmware with zero issues. If they want to add something that requires an update, then fine. Otherwise, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Was this a new release?

What version did you come from and go to?
Was snap av notified about this? What was the outcome?
If you rolled back the firmware; issue resolved?

I don't see any new version listed beyond the 1.2 that has been out there awhile now. maybe something corrupted during the update. I'd factory default the switch and try to apply the update again.

Fiasco,
For AN-310-RT-4L2W, the most up to date firmware version is V.1.0.40. There are no known issues where firmware update would cause users to manually change setting after firmware update. I would recommend to factory default your router and update the firmware again if necessary. Please also contact SnapAV's support team for additional support if the above does not resolve your issue.

I'm using 192.168.0.XXX with nothing but issues
I'll try the above mentioned DHCP scheme

I'll try the above mentioned DHCP scheme it all depends on whats going on with the modem too. if the modem is defaulted to 192.168.0.1 then a schema in your router of the same will of course be trouble!! i will say a lot of cable modems do default to the 192.168.0.1 address

Odd thing is that it worked for 2 weeks with that DHCP scheme. Don't think that's the issue here
