I have been thru tech support and still no go. Looking to get the NVR to email snapshots of motion detected on a few select cameras to a gmail account.
I brought in a seperate ICrealtime camera that did work on it's own connected to the gateway.
Comcast provider.
I can do it with other recorders, so I am not sure of the failure point.
Anyone else have this issue?

They still haven't fixed this huh. I had this issue months ago. Apparently Google no longer supports the old school way ic realtime uses gmail. At the time tech support told me they were working on an update. I ended up switching to another email.
