Anyone know how to reset the username and password on a wattbox? I have one that someone must have tried to set up, then decided to not use it and put it back on the shelf in the warehouse. It pulled into OvrC, but I can’t log in to the actual interface for the wattbox. And the other issue is it seems to be constantly dropping off from the OVRC network. Like one minute it is there, then it drops off for 2 or 3 minutes. Almost like a device that is rebooting.

Just went thru this on Tuesday. There is a login method that allows you to see the admin and password and unfortunately i didn’t write it down but snap tech support can help.
You will need to get the password off of the bottom of the wattbox and then call snap and it can be done in a few minutes
